All our products are made on-demand, so we will start printing your designs right after an order is placed.
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The average shipping time is 5 business days depending on the delivery destination.
Currently, Sundaise has 6 separate shipping regions. Each shipping region has its own rates and destinations they apply to.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We provide free shipping for orders over £100 (GBP).
Deliveries are made daily however carriers and postal services differ in each region. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Sorry but we do not offer in-store pickup.
Import duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sundaise is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Using a work or home address is advised.
