  5. Set realistic expectations. Know where you stand before you start trying to reach unrealistic goals.
  6. Find ways to relax. Exercise, meditate, pray, read, listen to music, and spend time with friends and family.
  7. Keep learning. Read books, watch educational videos, and attend classes.
  8. Remember who you are. You are unique and special.
